What applying to SoFi usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at SoFi can generally expect an online application followed by resume screening, with response times that vary depending on role and volume. The process may include multiple stages such as a recruiter phone screen, one or more hiring manager or team interviews, and potentially a technical or role-specific assessment for engineering, data, or analytical positions. Behavioral questions focused on past experience and cultural fit are common, alongside role-specific technical evaluations for specialized functions like security, compliance, or software engineering. Communication is typically managed through the greenhouse platform, which may send automated status updates. Candidates should prepare materials tailored to the specific role, as requirements can differ across business, technical, and operations-oriented positions, and should follow up professionally if timelines seem to extend beyond initial expectations.”
