Job descriptionReq 5214982007

Location: Our office is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, and we are in-office 3 days per week.

Swayable is a fast-growing AI and automated data science platform that measures public opinion, and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. We are a 50-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Founded in 2018 by physics PhDs, it is led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (JP Morgan Chase, Airbnb, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Anthropic, Meta, Amazon), academic researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned civic advocacy campaigns (e.g. on climate, human rights and elections). Check our our values & culture deck to learn more: https://tinyurl.com/4zjchwzs

Joining Swayable means being on a team whose work changes the course of history. The technology we develop is at the leading edge of transforming some of the world’s most important campaign organizations and enterprises: combatting disinformation, protecting democracy, and supporting the sustainable growth of consumer-facing brands.

About the Role
We’re hiring a RevOps Lead to own systems/data, reporting, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing designing scalable infrastructure, maintaining clean reporting and surfacing key insights, as well as driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle.

This is an incredibly high-impact role for someone who loves turning chaos into clarity, with both technical range and commercial intuition. You’ll have the autonomy to build things ground up, influence strategy at the leadership level, and see your work directly shape how we grow, with clear opportunities for career growth/progression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Establish a strong foundation: Design and scale our infrastructure, including CRM, reporting/insights, processes, and automations for the GTM function.
  • Own systems & data: Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring clean data, seamless integrations, and trustworthy reporting.
  • Empower the sales team: Build systems, tools, and processes that help sellers spend more time selling – improving productivity, visibility, and conversion rates.
  • Enable strategic decisions: Develop dashboards and analyses that surface insights on performance, conversion, and customer behavior to inform resource allocation and priorities.
  • Shape GTM strategy: Partner with leadership on segmentation, pipeline design, forecasting, and annual operating plans that align with growth targets.
  • Drive efficiency: Automate workflows, streamline lead-to-customer processes, and identify bottlenecks to increase productivity and revenue velocity.
  • Take ownership of account mapping and commission workflows (plan design and payouts), in partnership with Sales and Finance, to drive accuracy, transparency, and scalability as the team grows.
  • Lead special projects: Launch cross-functional initiatives that support growth – from customer retention initiatives to customer funnel improvements.

Who you are:

  • 4-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Business Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong data analysis skills and experienced in Excel (with willingness to learn google sheets); ideally also experienced in BI/reporting tools (PowerBI, Looker, Artable)
  • Strong technical capability across CRM and GTM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo/Zoominfo, Coupler/Zapier) and automation/enrichment tools
  • Proven success supporting revenue-generating teams through scale, owning systems, data integrity, and forecasting
  • Commercially sharp – you think like a GTM leader and build systems that drive growth, not just visibility
  • A self-starter who is entrepreneurial minded and able to own projects from ideation to implementation with support and collaboration from teams
  • A systems-thinker mindset: you love building processes where none exist – both comfortable and excited to operate in ambiguity
  • An innate curiosity for improvement and intuitive drive to get things done – measures success by outcomes achieved, not hours logged or boxes checked.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management
  • Bonus: experience working in MarTech, AdTech, or creative measurement or understanding of SQL, Python, MongoDB

Benefits:

  • 100% Medical, Dental & Vision Plans - no employee contribution required
  • Generous PTO
  • Equity Options
  • 401k plan, FSA
  • Ongoing professional development investments
  • The salary range for this role is $130-160K, depending on experience. Additional bonus potential based on KPI achievement.
