Personal Banker

Switchboard is seeking a Personal Banker on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank with a long history serving families and businesses across the region (company name and details will be provided in your initial interview). This is a great fit for a customer-focused go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping people with their financial needs, and being a key part of a supportive branch team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accounts
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customers
Cross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needs
Perform basic loan administration as needed
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Cash handling experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Sales experience preferred but not required
