Key Responsibilities and Performance Standards:
- 5% Stay up to date with current literature.
- 15% Participate in experimental design.
- 60% Carry out laboratory experiments.
- 10% Analyze the data from the experiments using the appropriate statistical methods.
- 5% Present results
- 5% Participate in a portion of the lab management duties and provide expertise and training to other members of the lab whenever necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- This postdoctoral position will require the Ph.D. degree, or equivalent, in an area related to molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics or similar discipline.
