- Design and conduct laboratory experiments investigating renal tubular transporters and receptor signaling pathways.
- Perform molecular and cellular biology techniques, including:
- Cell culture
- Real-time PCR
- Western blotting
- Immunoprecipitation
- Analyze experimental data using statistical software and prepare figures and presentations.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Assist with preparation of grant proposals and other research documents.
- Train and mentor research technicians and students in laboratory techniques.
- Maintain accurate research records and ensure proper data backup.
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures and institutional research policies.

Required Qualifications
- PhD or MD in Biological Sciences, Physiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in molecular biology and biochemical laboratory techniques.
- Proficiency in mammalian cell culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience writing scientific manuscripts.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary research team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing, annotating, imputing, and analyzing large-scale genomics datasets.
- Familiarity with genomic analysis software and bioinformatics tools.
