ABA Rank is looking for a Video Editor to help bring our online directory and rankings to life through video content. In this role, you'll turn footage, screen recordings, and raw assets into polished videos that explain our platform, showcase provider profiles, and support marketing and product initiatives.
What you'll do
- Edit raw video and audio footage into polished, publish-ready pieces for web, social, and product use
- Add motion graphics, titles, captions, and sound design to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into finished videos
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and hit publishing deadlines
- Organize and maintain a media library of raw footage, graphics, and finished assets
- Optimize video formats and specs for different platforms (web, social, email)
What we're looking for
- Proven experience editing video professionally, with a portfolio or reel to share
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Comfort working with motion graphics, titles, and basic sound design
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly on edits
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing project files
Nice to have
- Experience editing explainer or product marketing videos
- Familiarity with short-form/social video formats and trends
- Basic animation or graphic design skills
