What We Look For

  • You have transformed how mobile or web applications were built at a company.
  • You have built and delivered new consumer-facing mobile apps end to end.
  • You have scaled at least one mobile app to more than 1 million monthly active users.
  • You have a proven track record of building alignment and driving outcomes across teams in complex environments without direct authority.
  • You have the technical judgment required to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • You are a humble, team-first leader who builds a high-trust team culture.
  • You possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
  • This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
