Roles and responsibilities:
As a Project Management Associate, your responsibilities will center around project management and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and decisions.
- Communicate and coordinate with globally distributed stakeholders across time zones.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to support effective project execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Proactively follow up on action items and dependencies to support on-time project delivery.
- Develop clear, well-structured documentation to communicate project progress and insights.
- Collaborate with team members on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in calls from 7:30 PM –10:00 PM Bangkok time (Mon - Thu).
- Candidate must be a Thai national, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- 1–2 years of relevant project operations / management experience preferred.
- Comfortable using project trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative team player.
- Experience working in a technology company is a plus.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.
