What applying to Airbnb usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Greenhouse can typically expect a structured process that starts with an online application and resume submission, often followed by an automated acknowledgment email. For Airbnb, screening commonly includes a recruiter phone call, followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers or team members, which may include multiple stages such as technical assessments, case studies, or panel discussions depending on the role. Greenhouse's platform generally allows employers to track candidates through customizable pipelines, so communication style and pacing can vary by department. Applicants may be asked to complete supplementary assessments or portfolio reviews for relevant positions. Response times vary significantly based on team needs and volume of applicants, so candidates are encouraged to follow up politely if they have not heard back within a reasonable period.
