Overview
Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for a Systems Developer to support the design, development, integration, and enhancement of enterprise systems using the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. The Systems Developer will work with technical teams and stakeholders to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable system-level solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and evolving business requirements.
Job Description
The Systems Developer will design, develop, configure, and enhance system-level solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and related tools. This position will support system architecture, data modeling, integration, and environment management activities that enable reliable enterprise applications.
The Systems Developer will also analyze system behavior, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, implement approved enhancements, and support system releases and production operations. The position requires close coordination with developers, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the system lifecycle.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users
Experience Requirements by Level:
- Senior: 8+ years of relevant experience
- Mid-Level: 6+ years of relevant experience
- Junior: 3+ years of relevant experience

- Experience developing enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Experience with model-driven and canvas Power Apps
- Experience developing advanced Power Automate workflows
- Experience with custom connectors or custom Power Platform components

- Ensure system configurations and integrations comply with organizational architecture, security, and technical standards
