Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse typically begin with an online application including a resume and sometimes a cover letter or portfolio, especially for creative and design roles at DEPT®. Applicants can generally expect an initial recruiter screening, followed by one or more conversations with hiring managers or team members, which may include multiple stages such as skills assessments, portfolio reviews, or case studies depending on the role. Greenhouse-based processes commonly allow candidates to track application status through an online portal and may involve structured interview kits used to standardize evaluation criteria across candidates.
