Photographer

The Egyptian Hockey League (EHL) is looking for a Photographer to capture the action and atmosphere of its games and events as the league grows the sport of ice hockey across Egypt, from Cairo to Alexandria. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality images that document game action, players, and league moments for use across the EHL's digital and promotional channels.

What you'll do

• Shoot live game action, arrival/pregame moments, and postgame celebrations at scheduled EHL matches
• Capture portraits and candid shots of players, coaches, and officials for league and club use
• Edit, color-correct, and select final images for fast turnaround after games and events
• Organize and archive photo assets in a clear, searchable library for league staff to access
• Coordinate with league staff on shot lists and coverage priorities ahead of game days
• Deliver images in formats suitable for web, social media, and print use

What we're looking for

• A portfolio demonstrating strong sports or action photography
• Experience shooting fast-moving indoor action, ideally in low-light arena or rink conditions
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lenses, and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop)
• Ability to work efficiently on tight turnaround times, especially on game days
• Reliable availability to travel to and attend scheduled games and events
• Strong organizational skills for managing and archiving large volumes of images

Nice to have

• Prior experience photographing ice hockey or other ice/skating sports
• Familiarity with sports league or media organization workflows
• Basic videography or highlight-reel editing skills
