The Egyptian Hockey League (EHL) is the official organized ice hockey league in Egypt, growing the sport from Cairo to Alexandria with competitive club seasons, an official online store, and a fast-expanding fan base. We're looking for a Ticketing & eCommerce Coordinator to manage ticket sales for games and support the league's online merchandise operations.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day ticketing operations for EHL games, including setup, pricing, and fan support
- Coordinate with the league's ticketing platform and partner store to ensure accurate inventory, listings, and order fulfillment for merchandise such as jerseys and gear
- Monitor online store performance, troubleshoot checkout or fulfillment issues, and escalate technical problems as needed
- Track ticket and merchandise sales data, prepare regular reports, and flag trends or issues to league management
- Respond to fan inquiries related to ticket purchases, order status, and store products
- Support game-day operations related to box office, will-call, and on-site ticket scanning as needed
What we're looking for
- Experience with ticketing platforms, eCommerce systems, or order management tools
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sales data and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for fan-facing support
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends around game schedules
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with external partners (ticketing providers, merchandise fulfillment)
Nice to have
- Experience in sports, live events, or entertainment ticketing
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and basic reporting/analytics tools
- Interest in ice hockey or experience working within a sports league environment
