About Finix

Finix is building the global operating system for fintech, starting with payments. From startups to publicly traded companies, Finix processes tens of billions of dollars annually both in-store and online. Finix was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco.

To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and others

About the Role:

This SDR role is a career-challenging and immensely rewarding opportunity. From a day-to-day perspective, you will be handling inbound customers, executing your own outbound strategy, creating a pipeline of customers, and generating the top of the funnel for the rest of the sales org.

We’re looking for someone who works well in cohesive sales & marketing teams, where working with Marketing and Business Development to generate leads is just as important as qualifying and passing one on to an Account Executive. Although CRM is just a tool, it should be your source of truth and the main platform for you to organize, monitor, and develop your ever-growing customer portfolio. A can-do attitude and an obsession with staying organized and accelerating opportunities through the pipeline are expected.

This is an in-office role.

What applying to Finix usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Lever for Finix can generally expect a process consistent with common Lever-based hiring workflows. This typically starts with an online application and resume review, followed by potential outreach from a recruiter for an initial screening conversation. From there, the process may include multiple stages such as hiring manager interviews, skills-based assessments, or panel discussions relevant to the specific role, whether technical, sales-oriented, or design-focused. Communication is often managed through automated updates within the Lever platform, though response times vary depending on the team and role. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate role-specific competencies and cultural fit, as companies using Lever commonly emphasize structured evaluation criteria. Following up politely after submission is generally considered acceptable practice.
