We're looking for a high energy, ambitious, and metrics driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth. If you're motivated by meaningful conversations, energized by qualifying leads, passionate about booking high quality meetings, and driven to exceed expectations, we'd love to meet you.

Our Sales team has a unique mission to help government contractors understand the impact GovDash can have on their ability to win and manage government contracts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Growth and the broader GTM team to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.

  • Maintain clean CRM data and contribute insights that improve pipeline generation.

  • Build relationships with prospective customers and determine whether GovDash should be part of their evaluation process.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role. Government contracting or federal sales experience is a plus.

  • Love pushing the limits and experimenting with new outreach strategies.

  • Are a strong communicator who is clear, persuasive, and naturally curious.

  • Are located in or around the Washington, DC metro area.

  • Enjoy learning, testing new ideas, and moving quickly.

  • Thrive in fast paced startup environments where you have real ownership.

  • Are energized by building something from the ground up.

Why Join GovDash?

  • Join a fast growing startup transforming the government contracting industry.

  • Work alongside a passionate, ambitious, and innovative team.

  • Receive a competitive compensation package, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

  • Enjoy a flexible work environment.

  • Make a direct impact on the company's growth and trajectory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new customer opportunities.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious, yet achievable, sales targets.

  • You are an ambitious, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • You embrace challenges with a hunter mentality and are constantly seeking the next opportunity to create impact.
