In this role, you will take on a key responsibility to retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell Beer52 products to subscribers, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Answer inbound retention calls
- Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
- Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols
- Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
- Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

- An interest/passion for Craft Beer and Wine - ideal but optional

Location: Work from home – Please note that you will need to visit our BGC office to pick up your equipment.
