Job description

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

What you'll do

Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a box. It's part legal tech specialist, part product expert, part solutions architect, and part trusted advisor. If you want a role that stays static, this isn't it.

Your mission is to help some of the world's leading law firms get the absolute most out of Legora. You'll understand how lawyers work, how firms operate, and where AI can make the biggest difference — then turn that potential into workflows that deliver real value.

You'll be the person clients call when they want to rethink how legal work gets done — whether that's transforming how a practice group delivers work, embedding Legora across an international firm, or helping partners build the case for AI adoption.

Specifically, you will

  • Act as a genuine thought partner to law firms — understanding their practice areas, commercial priorities and ways of working, then identifying high-value opportunities to transform how legal services are delivered.

  • Own the journey alongside Customer Success from early pilots through onboarding to firm-wide adoption, turning initial use cases into sustained, measurable impact across teams, offices and practice groups.

  • Design and implement workflows around the realities of private practice — from due diligence, contract review and drafting to litigation, regulatory advisory, transactions and knowledge management.

  • Partner with law firm partners, innovation leaders, knowledge teams and practising lawyers to build the case for AI adoption, connecting Legora's capabilities to outcomes that matter to the firm and its clients.

  • Be the voice of the private practice lawyer inside Legora — bringing a deep understanding of legal workflows, client expectations and the commercial realities of law firms into product development, roadmap priorities and strategic direction.

  • Deliver clear, confident product demos, workshops and training that make the potential of Legora tangible for everyone from associates and partners to firm leadership.

  • Help firms navigate one of the most significant shifts in legal service delivery — moving beyond individual productivity gains towards fundamental changes in how legal work is performed, priced and delivered to clients.

  • Document what works, build scalable playbooks and help shape how Legora partners with leading law firms as we grow globally.

What you'll bring

You've worked in private practice and understand the reality of delivering legal advice in a law firm. You know that great legal work isn't just about getting the right answer — it's about delivering exceptional quality under pressure, managing demanding clients, exercising sound judgement and balancing commercial expectations with the highest professional standards.

But you've also never been entirely satisfied with how legal work has always been done. You're curious about technology, drawn to better ways of working, and excited by the opportunity to fundamentally change how law firms operate and deliver value to their clients.

We're looking for

  • Meaningful experience working within a law firm, giving you a strong understanding of private practice, legal workflows, client expectations and the commercial pressures of delivering legal services.

  • Strong legal judgement and credibility. A legal qualification is valuable, but we're ultimately interested in your ability to understand sophisticated legal work and how it can be transformed.

  • Tech-curious and product-savvy — not necessarily a coder, but someone who leans into technical conversations around generative AI, implementation and workflow transformation.

  • Commercially minded — you understand how law firms operate and can connect changes in legal workflows to outcomes that matter to partners, practice groups and their clients.

  • A natural translator — comfortable moving between practising lawyers, partners, innovation and knowledge teams, product teams and engineers.

  • Someone who brings structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity — the calm, credible presence clients rely on when they're navigating significant change.

  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple complex client relationships without losing quality or pace.

  • High standards without perfectionism — you ship, you learn, and you make it better over time.
