We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Team Lead.
Job responsibilities
Own the brand marketing strategy and always-on marketing engine, driving awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
Translate brand, business and product priorities into clear campaigns, channel plans, briefs and marketing calendars.
Lead, mentor and develop the Brand Marketing team, setting clear priorities, ownership and accountability.
Manage integrated campaigns, product launches, promotions and key marketing initiatives from brief through execution and optimisation.
Partner closely with Product to develop and execute GTM plans for new features, launches and platform updates.
Coordinate with Community, Events, E-Commerce, Copy, Support, Business Development and other teams to ensure aligned execution.
Build scalable marketing workflows covering planning, briefing, production, approvals, launch and reporting.
Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with the brand positioning, voice and visual identity.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, using performance, audience and market insights to improve results.
You’ll thrive here if you have
8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, campaign, live-service or consumer marketing.
Proven experience building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies for digital platforms or creator-driven businesses.
Strong experience running always-on marketing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience insights, channel strategy and GTM.
Excellent marketing operations and project management skills, with experience building scalable workflows and processes.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and turning insights into action.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking and execution skills.
High ownership, accountability and ability to work independently.
Bonus: Experience in creator platforms, entertainment, gaming, community-led brands, live-service businesses or adult entertainment.
