We are looking for Project Manager to join our Team!

Salary ranges:

  • PLN 7 700 - 12 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).
  • PLN 9 300 - 14 400 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)).

What are Project Manager’s duties?

  • Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.
  • Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business-oriented approach.
  • Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learnt during the onboarding period.
  • Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.
  • Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
  • Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo.
  • Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.

Requirements

Apply if you:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2,5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
  • Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.
  • Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
  • Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
  • Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).

It would be a plus if you:

  • Had experience in presales activities, are able to uncover the needs and constraints of a future client and craft a compelling offer.
  • Had hands-on experience and solid domain knowledge in e-commerce.
  • Had a Product Owner experience.
  • Were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations.
  • Had experience in risk management and creating reports.
