Salary rate:

14.000- 22.500 PLN gross per month (Contract of Employment) or

16 800 - 27.000 PLN net per month

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Technical Discovery:
Lead expert-level discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Solution Design: Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches that address specific client challenges.

- Estimation Ownership: Coordinate the end-to-end estimation process, collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and resource accuracy.

- Proposal Crafting: Own the technical narrative of inbound sales proposals, bridging the gap between client expectations and our delivery capabilities.

- Consulting Leadership: Guide the cross-functional presales process, acting as the primary technical point of contact for the client before project kickoff.

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Handover: Partner closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Engineering Managers to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer and formal handover before project kickoff.

Requirements

Candidates must be based in Poland
Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1 level)


- Strong Technical Foundation: Solid background in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.

- Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the IT sector (4-7 years), specifically within software agencies, professional services, or consulting companies.

- End-to-End Presales & Consulting: Experience in the full sales cycle, including leading discovery workshops, shaping technical proposals, and drafting Statements of Work (SOW).

- Solution Design: Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical frameworks, define scope boundaries, and assess project feasibility.

- Estimation & Risk Management: Proficiency in effort sizing and technical risk identification, with a clear understanding of how architectural trade-offs impact timelines and margins.

- Tech-Agnostic Mindset: Ability to objectively evaluate and recommend diverse technologies based on specific client needs rather than a fixed stack.

- Delivery Alignment: Practical experience collaborating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are realistic and implementable.

Nice to have:

- Workshop Facilitation: Proven ability to lead structured discovery sessions with both C-level executives and technical stakeholders, driving alignment and synthesizing complex inputs into actionable plans.

- Understanding and domain knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in Commerce,

-Certification and/or training in the Cloud area
