Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Workday for roles at Penn State University can typically expect a standardized online application process requiring creation of a candidate profile, resume upload, and completion of structured fields that often duplicate resume content. Given the large number of open positions across diverse departments, applicants should carefully select the specific job requisition matching their intended role.
