What applying to Reach usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through Ashby can generally expect a structured online application, typically starting with a resume submission and possibly some initial screening questions tailored to roles such as backend-engineer, data-platform-engineer, security-engineer, software-engineer, or support-engineer. The process may include multiple stages, such as recruiter conversations, technical assessments, and interviews with team members, though the exact structure can vary by role and team. Communication is often handled through the Ashby platform, and response times vary depending on the company's hiring needs and volume of applicants. Candidates should be prepared to discuss relevant technical skills, past projects, and role-specific scenarios. As with most ATS-driven processes, transparency about timelines and next steps may differ, so following up politely after applying is commonly recommended.”
