What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP I&CX Industries iXp Intern - Technical Support

Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid position – 3x a week working at the office)

 

We are looking for an intern to join the SAP I&CX Industries team to support our global customers on the SAP Industry Solution topics. In our team, you will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics as well as business processes.

  • You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors.
  • You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries.
  • You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums.
  • You will learn technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and e-learning.
  • Report unwknown errors to development teams.
  • Support customers via real-time channels (chat, phone, etc.).

 

What You’ll bring:

  • You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
  • Advanced English level (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally through support incidents, e-mails and phone calls.
  • Ability in troubleshooting issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Previous experience in technical support. In addition, you will have a mentor to assist you.
  • Programming logic knowledge: you don’t have to be a developer, but at least be familiar with one or more programming langagues (e.g. ABAP, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc) to debug and understand what a code is meant to achieve.
  • Basic understanding of business processes.
