As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for product launches, core product positioning, and the multi-channel campaigns that bring new features to market. Working directly with the VP of Growth, you will turn what the product team ships into clear, compelling messaging and keep a high-velocity launch and communication cadence running every week.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run end-to-end monthly and quarterly multi-channel campaigns for major product launches and key customer segments, from brief to performance reporting
  • Run a weekly cadence of feature release communications across blog, social, email, and in-app channels
  • Write sharp, persuasive copy that translates new features into clear value for brands and creators
  • Improve and expand the core product positioning and messaging on the company website
  • Plan lifecycle campaigns and create content for every stage of the customer journey, including onboarding emails and in-app messaging, to drive activation and retention
  • Build and share knowledge of ideal customer profiles across the company
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and internal content
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to align launches, onboarding, and in-product growth
  • Use AI tools to work faster and operate the processes that enable scalable campaigns, experimentation, and measurement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Proven track record of shipping product launches and running multi-channel campaigns at a high cadence
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to shape how a product is perceived
  • Strong bias for action and a focus on execution and consistent, high-quality output
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing and lifecycle marketing, including email and in-app communications
  • Solid understanding of the product-led growth funnel: activation, adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Daily, practical use of AI tools in your marketing workflow
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Ability to work from the Vancouver office 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a startup
  • Background in B2B SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, the creator economy, or product-led growth companies
  • Deep curiosity about customer behavior and modern marketing, with an active interest in the AI and marketing community
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis
  • Experience with paid or organic demand generation, event marketing, or customer advocacy programs such as reviews and case studies
  • Side projects or personal experiments with new marketing and AI tools

Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD
  • Annual Reviews: yearly performance and compensation reviews with opportunities for raises.
  • Paid Time Off:  3 weeks of vacation to recharge.
  • Paid Holidays: observe statutory holidays with pay.
  • Paid Sick Leave: take care of yourself when you need it.
  • Autonomy & Ownership:  you'll have real control over your projects and the freedom to shape how things get done.
  • Growth Potential:  opportunity for career progression and financial growth.
