Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.
The Role: You test before you have an opinion. When a platform ships a new feature, an algorithm shifts, or someone on the team says "this doesn't work anymore," your instinct isn't to nod along, it's to run it first and see what actually happens.You back your point of view with receipts: links, screenshots, and firsthand results over secondhand sentiments. You're not satisfied with Seer being seen as solid at Paid Social. You want us known, publicly, as one of the best. And because you treat Paid as a testing discipline end to end, you're already putting AI tools through the same rigor you'd apply to a new ad format or bidding strategy.
