Job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake is at the forefront of the data and AI revolution - with a mission to help every company achieve its potential with data & AI. As part of our mission to enable every organization to achieve its full potential, the Snowflake Marketplace serves as the vibrant hub which enables customers to do more with data. We are building a platform that empowers organizations to seamlessly discover, access, and build with valuable datasets, cutting-edge applications, and intelligent AI agents.

With the rapid growth of the Snowflake Marketplace, we are rethinking the architecture and reimagining the user experience to build a best-in-class product that scales to meet the demands of our global customer and partner ecosystem. We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving customer value. This is a high-impact role where you will have a direct impact on the product and the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Design, develop, and deliver features across our full stack that have a direct impact on our customers and partners.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

  • Build robust and high-performance systems to support the Marketplace platform, using technologies like TypeScript, React, Go, Java, and Python.

  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Be a strong contributor to the overall product and technical direction of the area

OUR IDEAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

  • 4 + years of industry experience designing and building scalable web applications with a focus on great user experience.

  • A strong foundation in full-stack development. You should have significant frontend experience with TypeScript and React, and experience with backend services in languages like Java, Go, or Python.

  • A genuine passion for building customer-facing products and a drive to solve problems that create real value for users.

  • A strong understanding of core computer science concepts and web application architecture, including security, performance, and scalability.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
