What applying to SoFi usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse can generally expect an online application followed by an initial recruiter screen, since SoFi and many companies using this ATS commonly structure hiring this way. The process may include multiple stages, such as a hiring manager conversation, one or more technical or role-specific assessments, and panel interviews with cross-functional team members. For technical roles, candidates might encounter coding exercises, case studies, or take-home assignments, while non-technical roles may involve competency-based or behavioral interviews. Communication is typically handled through automated status updates within the platform, and response times vary depending on the team and role level. Applicants can commonly expect to submit a resume and possibly answer application-specific questions upfront. Overall, preparation should focus on aligning experience with the job description and being ready for structured, multi-stage evaluation.
