Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at SoFi can generally expect a structured process typical of this ATS platform. After submitting an application, candidates may receive an initial acknowledgment, followed by a possible recruiter screen to discuss background and role fit. The process may include multiple stages such as technical or functional assessments, hiring manager conversations, and panel interviews, depending on the specific role type. Response times vary and are not guaranteed, so candidates are encouraged to follow up politely if they do not hear back promptly.
