Software Finder is looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and develop our Sales Development team, with a strong focus on generating qualified opportunities and building a consistent pipeline for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs against individual and team targets.
Drive outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Ensure SDRs consistently generate high-quality, qualified meetings for BDMs.
Monitor KPIs including outreach activity, meetings booked, show rates, qualification rates, and downstream conversions.
Conduct regular call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Improve prospecting strategies, messaging, qualification frameworks, and sales playbooks.
Work closely with BDMs to improve SDR-to-BDM handoffs and opportunity quality.
Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate pipeline and performance reporting to BD leadership.
Identify performance gaps and implement training or improvement plans where required.
Requirements:
4–6 years of B2B sales/SDR experience, including 2+ years managing an SDR team. Strong experience in outbound sales, CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, sales coaching, performance management, and B2B SaaS/technology sales is preferred.
