Job description

🏗️ The Role: Sales Development / GTM

Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of ARR per month. We’ve built a world-class team of AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. Now, we need a high-energy, ambitious GTM specialist to build our outbound engine and help us scale to $1B+ ARR.

What you’ll own:

  • Identify high-potential leads and strategic prospects within our target market.

  • Drive outbound activity through cold calling, emailing, and social media to hunt new business.

  • Deploy personalized, high-impact outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.

  • Sync closely with Account Executives to navigate prospect objections and leverage market trends.

  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and market response.

  • Track and report on critical metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach velocity.

  • Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize the playbook for scale.

💡 About Solve Intelligence

We are the fastest-growing startup transforming Intellectual Property. Our AI-powered platform handles invention harvesting, patent generation, and portfolio management.

  • 20-30% MoM revenue growth.

  • 300+ IP teams globally, including Tier-1 firms like DLA Piper and major tech enterprises.

  • Users report 50-90% efficiency gains.

Recently announced our $40M Series B (Total funding: $55M) from elite investors including Y Combinator, 20VC, and Visionaries.

You’ll be joining a founding team with deep pedigree:

  • Sanj (CRO): PhD in AI (Gatsby Unit, UCL), ex-Huawei R&D, former lead at Magic Carpet AI (acquired).

  • Chris (CEO): PhD in AI (UCL), published researcher, ex-Dyson and Alan Turing Institute.

  • Angus (CTO): MEng Computer Science, ex-Qualcomm and Coremont (Brevan Howard).

🚀 Who You Are

We are a high-performance culture. To thrive here:

  • You prioritize speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to book meetings in hours, not weeks.

  • You have a relentless work ethic and take extreme ownership of your KPIs. You’re willing to go the extra mile to achieve the mission.

  • You thrive in a positive, high-stakes environment and are eager to learn whatever it takes to win.

  • You understand we are at the start of an exponential curve and want to drive mass adoption of state-of-the-art tools.

🛠️ What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in B2B sales with a history of smashing KPIs and securing high-value meetings.

  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal skills to engage sophisticated legal and technical prospects.

  • A love for the data and a willingness to "grind" alongside the founders.

Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise firms.

  • Frequent user of AI products with an understanding of the current LLM landscape.

  • Side projects, "hustles," or early-stage startup experience that shows you can build from zero.

🎁 What’s In It For You?

  • Competitive base + unlimited commission upside.

  • Meaningful ownership in a rocket ship.

  • Full visa sponsorship and private medical insurance.

  • Free meals and the chance to work with the smartest minds in AI.
