Job descriptionReq 4905958101

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

This is a 6-month fixed-term programme (September 2026 – February 2027) for an ambitious early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across brand strategy, brand marketing, and sponsorship within Super's Central Brand team. As the Brand & Marketing Graduate Trainee, you will contribute to live campaigns and real brand challenges for a fast-growing global sports entertainment and betting brand expanding across Eastern Europe and LATAM. Reporting to the Brand & Sponsorship Manager in Gibraltar, you will be part of a small, ambitious team with a genuinely global remit.

What the role involves

Brand Strategy & Marketing

  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, playbooks, and governance tools that help markets apply the brand consistently — flagging inconsistencies and insights back to the team
  • Contribute to brand architecture and naming projects by researching, sense-checking, and helping build recommendation documents
  • Get involved in live campaign delivery, supporting briefing, production logistics, asset tracking, and post-campaign evaluation
  • Support creative and agency feedback processes, learning how to give clear, strategic direction to partners

Sponsorship

  • Help audit and maintain the sponsorship pipeline, tracking existing partnerships, rights usage, and activation status
  • Contribute to sponsorship proposal documents and evaluation frameworks, learning how commercial and brand value is assessed
  • Support activation planning for partnership projects, working with rights holders and internal teams

Marketing Planning & Operations

  • Support marketing operations across procurement, contracts, and campaign delivery, gaining an understanding of the infrastructure that keeps everything running
  • Assist with campaign measurement by tracking performance data, building reporting templates, and helping the team understand what is working
  • Gain exposure to the Go-To-Market (GTM) process that aligns Marketing and Product, learning how major product and campaign launches are planned and sequenced
  • Support the annual marketing planning cycle, helping to coordinate joined-up central and local plans across markets

AI & Technology Innovation

  • Run structured experiments with new tools, documenting what works and presenting findings back to the team
  • Serve as the team's early-warning system for emerging technology — separating genuine innovation from noise and making the case for what to adopt
  • Help embed AI-native ways of working into day-to-day processes, making the team faster and sharper without losing quality

What we are looking for

  • Final-year student or recent graduate, ideally in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline
  • A genuine interest in brand and marketing — you follow campaigns, notice great advertising, and have opinions about what works
  • Curiosity about AI and technology, with an inclination to experiment with new tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of work independently

Growth & Impact

This programme is designed with a clear ambition: to identify and develop the next generation of brand talent at Superbet, and to retain that talent in Gibraltar. At the end of the six months, standout trainees will be considered for permanent roles in the Central Brand team. Your Showcase presentation at the end of the programme is your opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve built and what you’re capable of.

If you want to start your career on something real, at a brand with genuine global ambition, this is it.
