  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, furniture and maintenance scheduling.

  • Support office budget administration by reconciling business expenses, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, mail and listener inquiries as a primary point of contact for the San Francisco office.

  • Coordinate staff communications, travel and expense logistics, meetings and office events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or combined experience and education as a substitute for the minimum education requirement.

  • Three years of relevant experience, including office management and budget administration.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume, deadline-driven data and processes.

  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently and follow through promptly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a responsive, service-oriented approach with colleagues, listeners and other stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with radio traffic and continuity operations, including scheduling underwriting, sponsorship or promotional spots.
