As a Software Engineer, you are a core partner in the product team, shaping not just how we build, but what we build. Your mission is to solve meaningful customer problems, turn ideas into production-ready software, and leverage modern AI-native development practices to amplify your impact as an engineer.

AI-Native Software Development: AI is part of how we build software. You will leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your daily development process to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, automate repetitive work, and explore technical solutions faster—while applying strong engineering judgment every step of the way.
Builder Mentality: You don't wait for perfect specifications. You take ideas, challenge assumptions, build prototypes when needed, iterate quickly, and turn ambiguous problems into elegant, production-ready solutions.

Your Experience & Qualifications
Must Haves
- 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software.
- Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
- Proven track record of owning features or services from design through production.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
