Job description

Casework runs four-week, fixed-price AI Act conformity engagements that help mid-market companies document compliance for the hiring AI tools they use. We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to help grow awareness of the AI Hiring Conformity Pack among the Chief People Officers, General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officers who are our core buyers.

This role will support content, campaigns, and go-to-market execution for a small, specialized firm with one clearly defined product and buyer. You'll work closely with the founder to translate a technical, regulation-driven offering into clear, credible marketing.

What you'll do

  • Write and edit marketing content including web copy, case studies, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads from target buyer personas
  • Manage and optimize organic and paid channels, including SEO and any paid acquisition efforts
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, and iterate based on results
  • Coordinate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market timing tied to regulatory deadlines
  • Support the maintenance and growth of the company's content assets, including insights and regulation-tracking content

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally B2B or professional services
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to make technical or regulatory subject matter clear and readable
  • Comfort working independently in a small team with limited existing marketing infrastructure
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools (email platforms, CRM, analytics, CMS)
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns or content pieces at once

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to HR, legal, or compliance buyers
  • Familiarity with AI governance, employment law, or regulatory/compliance topics
  • Experience with SEO and content strategy for a services business
