- Business KPI Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions to identify trends, operational performance, and growth opportunities.
- Dashboard & Report Alignment: Design, build, and maintain automated Google Sheets dashboards with Regional Market Analyst Team and reports to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Data Extraction & SQL Support: Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean raw data from databases to support ad-hoc analytics requests.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide support as well as project management
- Trend & Anomaly Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis on business performance variances, highlighting key drivers, risks, and actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate any manual work using Python or any other programming language
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
- Problem-solving ability with interest in root-cause analysis, variance tracking, and turning raw data into business insights.
- Clear verbal and written skills to explain data findings effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive learner who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage project deadlines.
