What applying to Distro usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through lever for roles at Distro can generally expect an application process consistent with common Lever-based hiring workflows. This typically begins with an online application and resume submission, followed by an initial review from a recruiter or talent acquisition team. If selected, candidates may be invited to a recruiter screen, which can be followed by additional stages such as hiring manager conversations, skills-based assessments, or panel interviews depending on the role. Lever also commonly supports structured interview scorecards, so candidates may notice consistent question themes across stages. Communication is often handled through automated status updates within the platform, though response times vary. Candidates are encouraged to prepare role-specific examples and ask about next steps directly, since exact timelines and round counts are not publicly standardized.
