Habeo is the asset system of record for higher education — an IT asset management platform built to replace ServiceNow ITAM at universities, with Workday integration, GASB 34/35 compliance, and continuous device data from Jamf, Intune, and Google Admin. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow awareness and demand among IT, procurement, and finance leaders at colleges and universities.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid search/social, and organic content to drive demo bookings
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for conversion, including SEO improvements
- Create and maintain marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, and comparison pages in partnership with product and sales
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics, adjusting tactics based on results
- Coordinate email marketing and nurture sequences for prospects and demo attendees
- Support the promotion of company content such as the blog, press coverage, and product comparison pages
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing role
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and web analytics tools
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and paid digital advertising
- Strong written communication skills and comfort writing or editing marketing copy
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment with a B2B/SaaS product
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to higher education, IT, or enterprise software buyers
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms used in B2B SaaS
- Experience with webinar or virtual event promotion
