Habeo is the IT asset management and CMDB platform built specifically for higher education, replacing ServiceNow ITAM at colleges and universities with native Jamf, Intune, and Google Admin discovery, Workday-driven lifecycle management, and built-in GASB 34/35 and Uniform Guidance compliance. We're hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead new institutions through onboarding — from data migration and system configuration to go-live and early adoption — ensuring customers see value fast without the drawn-out consulting engagements common in this space.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new university customers, from kickoff through go-live
- Map and migrate customer data from legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Asset Panda, Snipe-IT, Lansweeper) into Habeo
- Configure integrations with MDM (Jamf, Intune, Google Admin) and HRIS platforms (Workday, Banner, PeopleSoft)
- Translate institutional requirements — GASB depreciation rules, grant compliance, org structure — into working configurations
- Train asset managers, IT staff, and administrators on the platform and drive adoption post-launch
- Partner with product and engineering to surface customer feedback and edge cases from real implementations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, or professional services for a B2B SaaS platform
- Experience managing data migrations and system integrations independently
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent implementations
- Comfort working directly with technical stakeholders (IT, systems administrators) and non-technical stakeholders (finance, compliance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including running customer-facing training sessions
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and escalate clearly to internal teams
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education, IT asset management, or CMDB implementations
- Familiarity with Workday, Jamf, Intune, or ServiceNow
- Exposure to compliance frameworks like GASB, Uniform Guidance, or HECVAT
