Habeo is the IT asset management and CMDB platform built for higher education, replacing ServiceNow ITAM at colleges and universities with native GASB 34/35 depreciation, Uniform Guidance grant compliance, and MDM-native discovery via Jamf, Intune, and Google Admin. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and grow the relationships that extend Habeo's reach across the higher-ed ecosystem — from technology integrations to channel and referral partners.
What you'll do
- Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors, resellers, and organizations serving higher education IT
- Own the full partner lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, agreement structuring, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and support integration partnerships, such as MDM, HRIS, and ITSM connectors
- Work with marketing and sales to build co-selling motions, joint go-to-market plans, and partner enablement materials
- Track partnership performance against pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals, and report results to leadership
- Represent Habeo at higher-ed conferences, working groups, and partner events to build visibility and trust in the space
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements that drove measurable business results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive audiences
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality suited to a small, founder-led team
Nice to have
- Experience selling or partnering within higher education, EDU technology, or public sector markets
- Familiarity with IT asset management, ITSM, or CMDB categories
- Experience with integration partnerships involving identity, HRIS, or endpoint management systems
