Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency, running SEO, GEO, digital PR, CRO, UX, and web development as one integrated engine focused on turning search and AI visibility into qualified inquiries for autism and behavioral health providers. We're hiring a Clinical Content Reviewer (BCBA) to ensure that clinical and behavioral health content produced across our marketing programs is accurate, ethical, and aligned with current ABA standards of practice before it reaches caregivers, referral partners, and care teams.
What you'll do
- Review website copy, blog posts, service pages, and marketing collateral for clinical accuracy on ABA and behavioral health topics
- Verify that terminology, treatment descriptions, and claims about ABA services align with current professional and ethical standards (e.g., BACB guidelines)
- Flag and correct content that could be misleading, clinically inaccurate, or non-compliant with industry best practices
- Collaborate with content writers, SEO strategists, and client teams to revise flagged content quickly without slowing production timelines
- Provide clinical context and guidance to help non-clinical content creators write accurately about ABA services, outcomes, and caregiver journeys
- Maintain a working knowledge of evolving ABA practice standards, ethics codes, and behavioral health marketing norms relevant to reviewed content
What we're looking for
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Experience delivering or overseeing ABA services in a clinical setting
- Strong written communication skills and comfort giving clear, actionable feedback on marketing copy
- Familiarity with BACB ethics codes and current standards of practice in ABA
- Ability to review content efficiently against deadlines while maintaining clinical rigor
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and SEO teams who are not clinicians
Nice to have
- Prior experience reviewing or contributing to marketing, patient education, or public-facing content in a healthcare or behavioral health context
- Familiarity with multi-site or multi-state ABA provider operations
- Experience with content management systems or collaborative editing workflows
