Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs search, AI visibility (GEO), CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine — accountable to qualified inquiries, not vanity rankings. We're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to own the conversion layer of that engine: turning qualified traffic into booked consultations for ABA and behavioral-health providers.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across service pages, intake forms, and key decision moments
- Partner with UX and web development to identify friction points in the intake and consultation-booking journey
- Translate site analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data into prioritized, testable hypotheses
- Build and maintain conversion funnel reporting, tracking inquiry-to-consult conversion rates over time
- Collaborate with SEO, GEO, and content teams to ensure top-of-funnel traffic lands on pages built to convert
- Present test results, wins, and losses clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, with clear next-step recommendations
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment
- Proven track record designing and running A/B/multivariate tests using tools such as Google Optimize alternatives, VWO, Optimizely, or similar
- Strong command of analytics platforms (GA4, heatmapping/session-recording tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity)
- Comfort with statistical significance, sample sizing, and interpreting test results honestly, including inconclusive ones
- Experience optimizing forms, landing pages, and multi-step conversion funnels
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another high-trust, compliance-sensitive vertical
- Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious data handling and measurement practices
- Working knowledge of SEO/GEO fundamentals and how conversion work fits into a broader discovery-to-intake funnel
