LandEarly is an AI job application agent that helps job seekers find roles, tailor their resumes and cover letters, and submit applications while postings are still fresh. We're looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound and outbound interest through close, as we grow our customer base.
What you'll do
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads from first contact through signed deal
- Run discovery calls and product demos tailored to each prospect's needs
- Build and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting in the CRM
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business
- Partner with marketing and product teams to relay prospect feedback and refine messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a full-cycle sales role
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing a high-velocity pipeline with multiple concurrent deals
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and forecast pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products
- Experience selling to individual consumers or prosumers rather than only enterprise buyers
- Familiarity with the job search, HR tech, or career services space
