LandEarly is an auto-apply platform that helps job seekers find fresh job postings, tailor their resumes and cover letters, and submit applications quickly across major applicant tracking systems. We're looking for an ATS Integrations Engineer to build and maintain the connections that let our product interact seamlessly with platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable.
In this role, you'll own the integrations that allow our system to detect fresh job postings, parse application forms, and submit completed applications reliably at scale - all critical to a product built on speed and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable
- Monitor and adapt to changes in third-party ATS APIs, form structures, and authentication flows
- Build resilient scraping, parsing, and submission pipelines that handle diverse application formats
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures quickly, minimizing impact on live applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support new ATS platforms as they're identified
- Implement monitoring and alerting to catch integration breakages before they affect users
What we're looking for
- Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs or web platforms
- Strong backend engineering skills in a language such as Python, Node.js, or similar
- Familiarity with web scraping, browser automation, or headless browser tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium)
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and rate-limited systems
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where external systems shift without notice
- Strong debugging skills and a track record of building resilient, self-healing systems
Nice to have
- Prior experience integrating with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, or similar)
- Experience with job board data, resume parsing, or HR tech products
- Familiarity with queuing systems and distributed job processing
