Job description

Work directly with Lio’s founders to turn strategic priorities into action and help transform how companies operate. You’ll work across go-to-market, customer initiatives, and internal operations, taking ownership of projects that help Lio grow.

This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution. One week, you might build a business case for an enterprise customer. The next, you might explore a new market or improve how our teams work together. You’ll bring structure, keep things moving, and turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic projects: Work with the founders on high-priority initiatives, bringing research, analysis, and clear recommendations to important decisions.

  • Help shape our go-to-market approach: Explore customer segments, test growth initiatives, and sharpen how we communicate Lio’s value.

  • Contribute to customer opportunities: Support discovery, develop business cases, and coordinate follow-up on selected enterprise opportunities alongside the founders and Sales team.

  • Connect customers and product: Turn customer insights into actionable feedback, working with Product and Solutions Engineering to identify valuable use cases.

  • Build better ways of working: Improve processes across the company so teams can collaborate effectively and scale what works.

  • Own projects end-to-end: Define the problem, bring the right people together, and drive execution through to a clear outcome.

Success means turning priorities into progress: stronger customer insights, effective growth initiatives, and processes that help the company scale.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and caring. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and goes above and beyond for customers and teammates.

You’re a good fit if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, operations, or a high-growth startup.

  • Understand businesses quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and turn analysis into practical action.

  • Bring commercial instinct and enjoy understanding customers, markets, and what drives growth.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.

  • Combine attention to detail with initiative. You follow through and keep projects moving.

  • Thrive with changing priorities and are curious about how AI can transform enterprise operations.

You don’t need a traditional sales background. We care about your judgment, curiosity, and ability to make things happen.

Why Join Us?

We’re looking for the first 150 exceptional people to help us transform an entire industry.

At Lio, you’ll work closely with the founders and gain direct exposure to the decisions that shape our company. You’ll own meaningful projects, contribute to our growth, and help build the foundations for what comes next.

You’ll build alongside people who are ambitious about what we can achieve and care about how we get there. Bring your ideas, take ownership, and build with us.
