What applying to Natera usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse can generally expect an online application requiring a resume and possibly screening questions, followed by potential review by a recruiter or talent acquisition team. Natera's process, like many companies using this platform, may include multiple stages such as an initial phone or video screen, one or more interviews with hiring managers or team members, and possibly a skills assessment or technical exercise depending on the role. Communication is typically handled through automated email updates generated by the system, though response times vary widely by team and position. Candidates should be prepared to detail relevant experience and qualifications clearly in their application materials, as greenhouse-based processes commonly emphasize structured evaluation criteria. It is advisable to monitor email, including spam folders, for updates throughout the process.
