Bookkeeper

Outlink AI is hiring a Bookkeeper to keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date as we grow. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building clean processes and working closely with a small, fast-moving team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of the business.

What you'll do

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Track and categorize expenses, ensuring proper documentation for tax purposes
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant tax filings

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion
• Comfortable working independently and meeting recurring deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Familiarity with Stripe or similar billing/payment platforms
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
