Job descriptionFull Time

Outlink AI is looking for a Product Analyst to help us understand how customers use our automated link-building platform and to turn that data into decisions the product and growth teams can act on. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders to track how features like autopilot outreach, Qwoted auto-apply, and the Chrome extension perform in the real world, and you'll help shape what we build next.

What you'll do

  • Define, track, and report on core product metrics (activation, retention, feature adoption, funnel conversion) across the customer journey
  • Partner with product managers to scope experiments, analyze A/B test results, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting so stakeholders across the company can answer their own questions
  • Investigate anomalies in usage or performance data and surface root causes to the product and engineering teams
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific product areas (e.g., outreach deliverability, placement verification, Qwoted match rates) to inform roadmap priorities
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or similar analytics role, ideally at a SaaS or B2B software company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, messy datasets
  • Experience with a BI or analytics tool (e.g., Looker, Mode, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Comfort designing and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a clear narrative for non-technical audiences
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SEO, link building, or growth marketing concepts
  • Experience working directly with product managers on roadmap and prioritization decisions
  • Exposure to Python or R for deeper statistical analysis
