Technical Writer

Outlink AI is looking for a Technical Writer to help translate a product built around automated link-building outreach into clear, useful content for the SEO and growth teams and agencies who use it. You'll work closely with product and marketing to document how the platform's automation, guardrails, and reporting features work, and to help users understand and trust an AI-driven workflow.

What you'll do

• Write and maintain product documentation, help center articles, and in-app guidance that explain platform features such as prospect discovery, outreach automation, reply handling, and placement verification
• Translate technical and product concepts into clear, concise content for both in-house SEO/growth teams and agency users
• Create onboarding guides, FAQs, and how-to content that help new users set up guardrails, connect inboxes, and interpret their weekly digest
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to document new features as they ship, including release notes and changelogs
• Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and structure across all documentation
• Audit and update existing content to keep it accurate as the product evolves

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally for a SaaS or B2B software product
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical workflows in plain language
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to gather information for documentation
• Comfort learning and documenting features involving automation, integrations (e.g., OAuth-based email connections), or data-driven dashboards
• Ability to organize and structure content for different audiences, from technical users to non-technical decision-makers
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across a growing body of documentation

Nice to have

• Experience documenting products in the SEO, marketing, or growth-tools space
• Familiarity with help center platforms, docs-as-code tools, or content management systems
• Experience creating video or interactive walkthroughs alongside written documentation
