What applying to Pinterest usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through greenhouse for roles at Pinterest can typically expect an initial application review followed by a recruiter screen if there is interest. The process may include multiple stages, such as hiring manager conversations, technical or role-specific assessments, and panel interviews with cross-functional team members, depending on the position. For technical roles like engineering or data positions, candidates might encounter coding exercises or take-home assignments, while design and product roles may involve portfolio reviews or case studies. Response times vary and communication is generally managed through the Greenhouse platform, which may send automated updates.
