The opportunity

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Advisor to join our Danish Customer Engagement Center. This is our Danish-based Polestar Support, where we focus on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences for our Danish customers. Together with your colleagues, you will set a high bar for sales and customer service in the automotive industry. You have a passion for advising customers in the premium segment, perhaps an interest in electric mobility and the green transition. At Polestar, we believe in our mission to improve the society we live in.

We love spending time together, learning from each other and we always work to make each other better. Our office is located in Søborg (Copenhagen). Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00. We offer a good fixed basic salary including pension scheme and internet subscription, a good canteen scheme and a young working environment with lots of freedom under responsibility.

The responsibilities

In the role, you will work directly with our customers and our partners representing Polestar to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need. Here you will have a unique opportunity where you and the team together deliver exceptional sales and service experiences.

  • Outbound follow-ups on sales leads, including test drives

  • Ongoing dialogue with our test drive and handover centers

  • Handle emails, chats, inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls

  • Handle inquiries from and comments on social media activities

  • Represent Polestar at planned customer events.

You will be in dialogue with customers throughout the purchasing process, be the important first point of contact in handling questions about the customer's car, advise customers on Polestar products or guide the customer in the current financing or leasing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to provide a good experience for customers.

The ideal candidate

To be a good fit for this role, we are looking for you with well-developed sales and customer service skills. You have the ability and willingness to listen, and have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your team colleagues. Your passion for the good customer experience shines through in your communication and results in an always energetic and positive customer service. In addition to this, you are motivated to go the extra mile with an eye for detail and deliver at a high level.

We are looking for you, who:

  • Have more than six months of experience in a role with a focus on sales and customer service, whether it is by phone, retail-based or something completely different.

  • You are methodical and comfortable working on digital platforms.

  • You are able to convey guidelines and instructions in clear and easy-to-understand language.

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.

Polestar is an international company, with employees with widely different backgrounds, so although your primary work will be in Danish, we often use English in writing and speaking internally when we need our international colleagues. And even though we have a global presence, we stick to our local growth plans. Change happens often at Polestar, and so does progress. Expect an exciting and challenging everyday life.

The process

If the above matches your ambitions, send your application immediately. Our selection process is ongoing, and the job ad will remain open until it is filled. Are you ready for the journey? Which, by the way, is electric.

What applying to Polestar usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through teamtailor for Polestar's open roles, such as those in engineering, finance, marketing, or operations, can generally expect an online application submitted via a structured profile and questionnaire. The process may include multiple stages, typically starting with an initial recruiter screening, followed by hiring manager conversations and, depending on the role, technical or case-based assessments. Some positions may involve panel interviews or task-based evaluations relevant to the function, such as data exercises for analytical roles or portfolio reviews for design roles. Communication is commonly handled through the teamtailor platform, including automated updates on application status.
